There is one thing that I see is not being addressed in ANY thing that is being done to revitalization of down town Libby and within the town, meaning,exposure and contamination of asbestos is being created.To disturb this fiber by any means creates exposure.Exposure to this fiber creates suffering and death from asbestosis,Meso and other asbestos causes to death.When a side walk is dug up,when a hole is dug to install a waterline or ??.When equipment is used to tear up the ground,NO WHERE is water being used to control the asbestos being disturbed and everyone and everything being done IS creating contamination and exposure.Lets not forget the neighbors and those within a 20 mile radious who will/could breathe this deadly fiber.Lets not forget that all is RE contaminated again that has been cleaned up.Until this deadly fiber is taken serious, for what it is and does,all DEADLY,this beating of this dead horse will continue to be beat to death at a cost of millions and human life.How can Libby ever be made safe again??? It can't....
