Mike Crill Guest Mar 27, 2008 3:26 PM	Phillip,thanks for this great site and I do hope tons of folks will use this site for truth and to educate all to the truth about Tremolite asbestos.How bout a site where folks can add/share their info to others by people who are a authority about asbestos.May I start with the following info to share with all. 1.Source of Data: Dept.of Health and Human Services-ATSDR Toxicology Profile for Asbestos (update)Sept.2001.Page 82 statement:Providing limited evidence that some transplacental transfer of asbestos fibers may occur, one group of investigators has reported that asbestos fibers were detected more frequently and at a higher means concentrations in human fetal and placental tissues associated with still-born infants compared with placental tissues associated with live born infants from the same hospital.Hague etal.1991,1992,1996,1998. In the latest study from this group,asbestos fibers were found in 50% percent of fetal digests and 23% percent of placental digests from still born infants compared with 15% percent of live born placentas. 2.Letter to Robert Raisch from Suzanne M Wuerthele,Ph.D. region Toxicologist Region 8 dated Feb.10,1988 states: There is also evidence that exposure to asbestos at an early age INCREASES the risk of developing mesothelioma.Infants are deemed to be the population MOST in need of protection. 3.Dr.Cassleman states:At present,10,000 Americans die every day from our past use of asbestos in this country. 4.Pleural effusion can be an early warning sign for mesotheleoma. 5.Dr.Irving Selikoff of Mt Sinai states:A single asbestos fiber in a persons lungs leads to cancer... 6.On the basis of what we know today, it is estimated that 17% percent, of ALL cancer deaths in the US will be accociated with privious exposure to asbestos. 7.Dr. Wineburgh states:It's distinctive. If you know what your looking for,there is no way to confuse it with something else.Asbestos is one of 14 X-ray findings that is unique,that can be one thing and nothing else. Please add what you know to educate and warn those about asbestos,and Libby.What do you think about this idea Phillip?Take care...
hopeful 13 posts Mar 28, 2008 9:04 AM	Mike, Tell me, in 1992, about your contact with Montana EPA, John Wordell with regard to the Parker place. I need some detail on both the complaint and how EPA handled it. Did Wordell ever submit a report? As much detail as possible. Thank you
Hope Guest Mar 28, 2008 1:32 PM	John Wardell,boy,what a piece of work.Of course I blame him for his failure to respond to my concerns about the Parker family. Had he responded I feel three generations of the Parker family would not be dying from asbestos today.There are quite a few who ignored my cries to stop/address this deadly exposure in 1992.When I wrote to those proper authorities,pass the buck,don't know or I was lied to.Reguardless,in 99, the Parkers property was found to be one of the most deadly asbestos sites in U.S.History. I will copy all letters I have of those who did nothing and the letter from Wardell telling me this site was tested and found safe and not a concern.Sounds familar today in Libby.Same players telling same lies.When I met with EPA at that site,I made it clear to them that children are at this site because of the swing set and toys in the yard.They assured me that John Wardell will follow up to my concerns and he sure didn't.John Wardell was fully aware of this site,WR Grace,asbestos and Libby long before I spoke to him.Today I know he is a lier and I hope someday he is held accountable for his failures then and today for knowingly allowing human beings into a environment that they/he/we know kills you.Why are folks allowed to move to Libby today?Nothing has changed. Not even the lies and corruption and exposure and death.WHY??? Give me a few days Hope to muster my evidence,most of my evidence is with the US Attorney in their and my case against WR Grace and State of Montana.Too many are getting away with murder.And they are still killing folks....Unreal..Hope,give me a place to send stuff and I will get out to you.We all are in this together reguardless of who is doing what.The most important thing is to tell the truth and save any/all folks from what is killing us.Our kids and theirs,if life in Libby is to exist because Libby is life and death and will continue as long as some one inhales Libby's deadly air.Those sick and dying are more responsible to those moving to Libby,all of Libby should react this way but until then it is wrong to sentence any one new to Libby, knowingly...Some one shut that Old High School down from what is being done inside.The photo of Scott Hoffman sweeping the floor with no protectiobeing exposed to asbestos is criminal and a complait has been filed.Why is this allowed to happen?Tests taken said all is clear,a deadly lie and this must stop.Unreal.

Mike Crill Guest Mar 28, 2008 8:18 PM	Hi Phillip.Hope this fines you doin well.Glad that stuff can be of use.It will give you a good idea as to what the issues are and who all are guilty of ignorance and continued poisoning of human beings etc.And WHY!!.Their is tons more.Phillip, could you/would you, post the CARD's, so called survey sent to 1200 folks in Libby. I did not get one but I found one and what a joke.Some of those questions I believe are illegal with the trial and all going on with WR Grace.I know damn well WR Grace gets EVERYTHING from CARD,ST.Johns,etc.including surveys.Those who are financed by WR Grace in Libby are so far up Grace,even Helen Keller, gots them figured out.Phillip,what I do today is for tomarrow and even after I am dead and gone,ALL I have learned and all I have fought for IS for those we/I/you, leave behind.The people of today and tomarrow have a much needed right to know the truth,the whole truth and nothing but the truth to what happened to me and many generations in Libby and on this planet.To do nothing change will never happen.One person can make a difference and each day is a fight to make the next day better than we left behind and what I and you and many others ARE, for those who follow or you and I would not be sitting here doin what we are doin because we have to made a difference, in this case, which is life and death.I want to share all with all and I think we are at a good start.People will forever search for the truth.And that be me/you and us.God Bless us all.Feel free to print anything as it is all public record and belongs to the people.Phillip,please let me know if you approve of me being so in your web site.We are all on the same arc and planet...Hope you can print the survey.Talk to you soon. Screening plant Guest Apr 06, 2008 6:32 AM	Prior to the Parkers moving on the site they were to make their home,I was driving pass this site on a Saturday and I noticed a ambulance was responding to a accident.Then I watched a guy with only cover alls on,nothing else, being loaded into the ambulance.No one at this site wore protection.The ambulance was even being contaminated with asbestos,specially from the employee being put into the ambulance. I called EPA and made a complaint to what I had witnessed and unbelievably,EPA responded.A few weeks later I read that WR Grace is fined for tearing down the building,screening plant, without a demolishion permit and also for failure to protect the workers.WR Grace was fined $500,000.00 for their crime/ignorance.About two years later,I get a knock on my door and it is some guy from Washington D C and he thanked my for speaking out and he handed me a check for $5,000.00 dollars.He said it was a reward for whistle blowing.I had no idea that a reward was given but you sure can bet I did not argue, about anything, as I excepted the check.It was after this incident that the Parkers moved onto this property,which resulted in me meeting EPA at this site to ask what the hell is going on here.How is this family allowed to move onto this deadly site?Today we know why...
mike crill Education Guest Apr 24, 2008 4:19 PM	1. 2000 people die every year from Mesothelioma. 2. Shortness of breathe,Chest pain,Bowel obstruction and Dyepnea are signs of Mesothelioma. 3. No heavy exposure needed for Mesothelioma.
